Shipping & Delivery for Wholesale Tiffany Lamps
Every CYVAREL Tiffany-style lamp is made by hand in our workshop in Huizhou, Guangdong, China, and shipped to wholesale and project buyers around the world. This page explains how we pack, load and ship your order, and what to do when it arrives.
How we ship
Most orders travel by sea freight to the port of your choice. Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per style, and freight method, shipping terms, delivery port and timing are confirmed in writing with your quotation, so the price you approve already reflects how the lamps will reach you.
- Sea freight to ports worldwide, in full or shared containers depending on order size.
- Shipping terms and port agreed with each quotation.
- Samples can be arranged before a bulk order; ask us how they will be sent when you request a quote.
How we pack stained glass lamps
Glass shades are fragile and the last mile is where most breakage happens, so our packing is designed around that.
- Protective wrap: each shade is wrapped in acid-free tissue or clean PE film so foam never touches the patinated solder lines.
- Filled cavity: the inside of each dome is packed with air cushions or moulded foam so it behaves like a solid shape under pressure.
- Shade and base packed apart: the heavy base never shares a compartment with the glass shade.
- Double-walled export cartons and pallets for every order.
Container loading
Pallets are braced with inflatable dunnage bags so the load cannot shift in transit. Container doors are closed with single-use high-security bolt seals, and we photograph the seal number for your insurance records.
When your shipment arrives
- Inspect cartons before signing for them.
- If a box is deformed, wet or damaged, photograph it, note the damage on the delivery receipt or refuse the carton.
- Tell us within 24 hours with photos so the claim can be filed with the carrier.
